Affiliate Programme Terms

Who these terms are between

The programme is operated by Trust Bizbrada Solutions Limited, 129 Iju Road, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos, Nigeria. In these terms "we" and "BizBrada" mean that company, and "you" means the person or company holding the affiliate code. Taking a code and sharing it means you accept these terms.

Anyone who can sign into BizBrada may join, whether as an individual or as a registered business. You do not need to own a business here, be an accountant, or be invited. There is no application to approve.

What you earn

• 10% of the plan fee a business you introduced actually pays, each time they pay, for twelve months from their first successful plan payment.
• The plan fee only. No commission is paid on the Handled add-on, on any other add-on, or on quoted professional work such as Tax Clearance Certificates, audits or historic cleanup.
• Commission is worked out on the amount paid after any discount, not on the list price. The business you introduce receives 10% off their first plan payment only, so your share on that payment is smaller and full from their second payment onwards.
• Nothing is earned on the Free band or during a trial, because no plan fee has been paid. That time does not use up the twelve-month earning period.
• Commission is calculated and paid in Naira.

Attribution

A business is attributed to the code held when the business is created. We store the code from your link for 30 days on the visitor's device, and a code may also be entered by hand during setup or in Settings.

A business can be attributed once only. The code stays attached for the life of that business and cannot be changed afterwards, including after the twelve-month earning period ends. Attribution never expires and is never moved to another affiliate; only the earning period has a limit. Where more than one code could apply, the code stored on the device at the time the business is created applies.

The twelve-month earning period runs from the business's first successful plan payment, not from attribution. A business attributed to you that stays on the Free band uses up none of your earning period, however long that lasts.

Tax

Every commission figure we publish or display — on the affiliate pages, in your dashboard, in examples — is gross, before tax.

Commission is a payment on which withholding tax is deductible at source. We deduct withholding tax at 5% from each payout and remit it against the Tax ID you provide. Should the rate applicable under Nigerian law change, we apply the rate in force at the time of payment. The amount you receive is the commission less that deduction. The deduction is a credit against your own tax liability, not an additional charge.

Commission is your income. Declaring it on your own return remains your responsibility; we do not file on your behalf.

Payment

• Bank details in your own name and a valid Tax ID must be on file before any money can be sent. Balances continue to build in the meantime.
• Payouts run monthly by bank transfer to a Nigerian bank account in your name. An affiliate registered as a business is paid to the company's account and provides its registered company name and RC number; the account name must match the company.
• A payout is made once your available balance reaches the published minimum. Below the minimum the balance carries over to the next run and is not lost.
• We may withhold a payout while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms.

Reversals

Commission follows real payments. If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the commission recorded against it is cancelled, whether or not it has already been included in a balance. Commission already transferred to you is not reclaimed.

If a business stops paying, you stop earning from that point. There is no minimum term and no guarantee of continued earnings.

Conduct that forfeits a balance

Where we find any of the above, we may suspend the code, cancel the unpaid balance, and end your participation. Our decision is communicated to you in writing and is final.

• Referring yourself, a business you own or control, or an account created to claim commission.
• Paid search or advertising on the BizBrada name or a close variation of it.
• Presenting yourself as BizBrada, as an employee, or as authorised to speak for us.
• Stating terms, prices, guarantees or tax outcomes we have not published.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, or any use of the link that breaches the law or a platform's rules.

Changes and ending the programme

We may change the commission rate, the earning period, the minimum payout, or these terms. Changes apply to commission earned after the change; commission already recorded is unaffected. Material changes are notified to affiliates before they take effect.

You may stop at any time. We may end the programme, or your participation in it, on notice. Where participation ends without a breach, any balance at or above the minimum is paid in the next run.

Your relationship with us

You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of BizBrada, and you have no authority to bind us. Nothing here gives you a right to a share of any revenue other than the commission described.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. Questions go to hello@bizbrada.com.
