Refund Policy

Free trial first

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You don't enter payment details to begin the trial, so there is nothing to refund while you are still evaluating BizBrada.

If BizBrada isn't right for you, cancel before the trial ends and no charge is made.

Subscription fees are not refundable

Once the trial ends and paid billing begins, subscription fees are non-refundable. This applies whether you pay monthly or annually.

If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month or part of a year.

Handled add-on and professional engagements

The Handled add-on is billed together with your plan. Like the plan itself, Handled fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, because the professional review and filing work is scheduled for that period.

Quoted professional work outside the plans — such as Tax Clearance Certificate applications, historic cleanup, CAC annual returns, or audit engagements — is invoiced when the work starts. Once a return has been prepared or filed, that fee is not refundable.

When we will refund

• We charged you in error, for example a duplicate charge or the wrong plan amount.
• You paid for a service that we did not deliver, such as a filing that was never prepared after you engaged us for it.
• A refund is required by Nigerian consumer protection law.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method or, if that isn't possible, to a bank account you provide in Nigeria. We process refunds within 10 working days of approval.

Refund decisions are made by Trust Bizbrada Solutions Limited and are final once communicated to you.

Law and disputes

This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
