- How do I know what filing will cost?
- The app gives an estimate based on your return. A licensed professional reviews it, then sends a fixed quote before anything is filed. You approve it first.
- Is the free tier a trial?
- No. Records, offline capture and your tax positions stay free. If you never file through us, you still keep a full set of books.
- What if I file it myself?
- Then use the free tier and print the report. We'd rather you filed it yourself than not at all.
- Do I pay for a nil return?
- No. If there's nothing to pay, we file it and don't charge you for the privilege.
- What about the tax itself?
- What you owe goes to the authority that collects it — the federal service or your state — not to us. We never hold your tax money.
