How it works
Four steps. The last one is a filed return.
Most bookkeeping apps stop at a nice report. BizBrada is built backwards from the thing you actually need — a return that's gone in, on time, that you understand.
- 01
Record it
Setting up asks two questions that decide everything after: how the business is registered, and which state it belongs to. Then a sale is a figure and a tap, and an expense is a photo of the receipt. It saves on your device straight away — no network needed, no spinner, no lost entry when the line drops mid-transaction.
- How you're registered and where sets which taxes apply
- Money in and money out, in those words
- Snap a receipt and we read the figures off it
- Your staff can record; only you can remove
- 02
Review what came in
You see every record, who entered it and when. If someone edits or removes something, the trail keeps the before and after. Nothing disappears quietly.
- One list, newest first
- Full history on every record
- Something looks off? Fix it in place
- 03
Know what you owe, as it builds
Your VAT position updates with every record. So does staff tax, withholding tax and the year's profit picture — grouped by who collects them, because the federal service and your state are two different offices with two sets of dates.
- A running figure, not a year-end shock
- Federal and state shown separately, each with its own dates
- Ask why, and we show you the arithmetic
- 04
File it, with help
When a return is ready you confirm the figures. A licensed professional reads it before it goes anywhere. Then it's filed and the acknowledgement lands in your filings list.
- You certify — nothing is submitted yet
- A professional reviews the frozen copy
- Questions come back to you in the app
What happens when the network goes
Nothing. That's the point. Your records live on your device first, so capture and reading both work with no line at all. When you're back, it syncs itself — and the pill at the top tells you exactly how many records are still waiting.
Saved, then synced
"Saved on your device — will sync when you're back online." That message is a promise, not a warning.
Nothing overwritten
If the same record changed in two places, we park both and ask which you want. Neither is thrown away.
Kind to your data
Photos are compressed before they leave your phone. Attachments wait for a better connection.
