The code we email you when you sign in

Every sign-in ends with a six-digit code sent to your email. Here's why, and what to do when it doesn't arrive.

Why there's a code

Your books hold your sales, your customers and your tax position. A password on its own can be guessed, shared or copied.

So after your password — or after Continue with Google — we email a six-digit code. Only someone who can open your inbox can finish signing in.

How often you'll be asked

Once per device. After you enter the code, that browser stays remembered for 30 days.

You'll be asked again on a new phone, a new laptop, a different browser, or after you choose 'Use a different email'.

If the code doesn't arrive

Give it a minute, then check your spam folder. The sender is BizBrada.

Use 'Send another code' on the screen. The newest code is the only one that works, and each one lasts 10 minutes.

Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp from the contact page and we'll check the address on your account.

Working offline

The code step needs a connection, because the email has to reach you. Once a device is verified, you can keep recording sales and expenses with no network at all.
